Carnival Ideas - help? Need to string this together

What I Have So Far

This is what i have so far. Please add other ideas.

A small carnival rolls into the small hamlet with music, jesters and other strange oddities. The ringmaster is a brilliant, charasmatic man who lures people in with his promises of wonderous bewilderment.

What PCs Dont Know

- The Ringleader is a level 3 Illusionist who has trapped a fear daemon in a mirror in his house of horrors. It feeds of childrens fears and often kills them, wiping the childs existance from the memories of the towns adult population.

- A small tent that has various wax figures, one in particular, of a man shaving another man and a woman with a veiled face holding an axe. During the day, its all nice and interesting. At night, the scenes turn horrific and bloody.

- An old vistani woman who reads the Tarokka and Disheka.

- A small group of 6 people who call themselves The Netherfans who run a freakshow. Think Cenobites.

- A young, beautiful woman does belly dances for the crowd. Her husband, a large, dumb man easily overcome with rage, will stalk and kill any who make lewd comments or obscene gestures.

- A young lion tamer is actually a werelion (or Paka)

- A magician who uses illusions to portray gory details and events.

- A Musuem that houses strange and bizzare artifacts such as Lizzie Bordens' Axe, Bloody Jacks' Knife, Sweeny Todds Straight Razor, etc.

remember, people never generally see bad things in Ravenloft, only superstitions. Hell, the folk get superstitions mixed up and think Vampires are vulnerable to Silver
