Oh sweet merciful crap!
Well, nice to know Lyla is just a bitch, and not evil.
"My Prince"? Looks like the devil has a hand in the Carnivale after all.
So Ben is tempted by darkness, and acts on it. Justin realizes the darkness in himself and wants to be forgiven.
Sophie is a mystery so far - she's obviously important, as the Templar said in her vision ("Every prophet in her house"). But that was just brutal with the betrayal of her friends. But why did Appolonia try and kill her as well? I'm assuming that Sophie is the "she" referred to in Appolonia and Lodz's conversation.
And Justin and Iris are just SO creepy. But the scene with him and Norman, and his revelation that Norman's sin was letting him live was powerful.
I'll have more thoughts later, I need to let it sink in.
