Yes. Antimagic Fields DO block Line of Effect. So you couldn't fire an Acid Arrow through an Antimagic Field.

Although you need line of effect to the point of origin of the effect... which is where you are. The effect of the spell is "one arrow of acid".

The best way to interpret this one is since it has a duration, magic is still at work and therefore it can be winked out. Spells with instanteous durations like walls of stone would remain even in the field.

Well, a Wall of Iron summoned outside the Field will topple into it just fine.

Why should an Acid Splash be different? You're conjuring the acid outside the Field...
