Online shops here in Germany don't have it yet; Amazon lists a release date of September 21st. I blame the slow boat for the delay.

Same date as here in Canada. They must have slow trucks too.

IIRC the stuff is produced in China and then shipped overseas. WotC couldn't sell copies of Castle Ravenloft at GenCon because the shipment hadn't arrived.
(I'm not sure if this was mentioned in a podcast or in one of the unboxing videos, but I remember hearing the phrase "slow boat from China".)

It's a common occurrence. China is very cheap to produce in, but shipping is Hell. Most of the Savage Worlds stuff is printed there, and the company is very fuzzy on release dates because of the aforementioned slow boats.

Do you have to buy it from Amazon? There are over a dozen great places to buy board games online, all of which give discounts on the board game price, sometimes by as much as 35%. Without advocating one particular site over another, I'll point you to BoardGameSearch, which lets you comparison shop among all the major ones.

I live in Brazil, and got the same weirdness. Ashardalon ships, but Ravenloft doesn't. =/
