Castles and Crusades approximate street dates

Anyone know the approximate street dates for the C&C players book and the monster and treasure book? Troll Lords, I'm looking in your direction...

CCPHB is at the printer. the cover has been OKed and starts production friday.
The interior text should start within 48 hours of the cover.

It takes anywhere from 10-15 days to finish the printing. i am driving to the printer to pick up the office copies and mail them that day or the following - this shaves of a week of shipment time.

so, the book may not be in stores prior to xmas - but it may as drop ships go to some stores and warehouses. i would not bet on it.

Crusader goes to print wen or thurs this week - 10+ turn around

Assault on blacktooth ridge goes on Monday or tuesday next - 10+ day turn around

Zagyg goes on mon-wen next - 25 day turn around + or -

so soon

Ohhh CCMM goes in about two to three weeks.

So, you are saying just before xmas if we are very lucky, or soon after xmas being more likely, right? I'm confused.
