Does anyone know the release date for the Castle and Crusades Player's Handbook?

Right now, we have a printer slot and are looking for a pre-thanksgiving release. really, most of it is on me at this point. i have to finish this draft sitting on my desk get it off to ed#1, enter corrections, then ed#2 enter correctionss then ed#3 eneter corrections

it sounds like a lit but it really is not at this point. the editors promise (and I trust them) to get a tight turn around.

more on this monday for some firm dates, products and such.
