Catalog of Official/Unofficial D&D Setting Fan-sites

A recent thread speculating about the return of Mystara made me realize that there are a lot of great fan-run websites that serve as the unofficial canonical repositories of lore for the many settings that have been released over the years. As WotC has done very little with setting material since the advent of 5E, I thought that having these websites cataloged in one place might be helpful for people looking for resources for their own setting-based games. If something like this already exists here on ENWorld, I haven't found it yet, so I'm starting this thread.

As a Wiki thread, feel free to edit the first post to add links or information.

Bump. Still looking for some sites for a few settings, like Al-Qadim and Birthright. I don't know if they exist or not.

I think it's probably best in the long run if we can all support every setting community, even the ones that are struggling or new.
I'm only teasing him because he framed the existence of the site as a challenge.

I would hope that anyone seeing this list, that loves Birthright, gets more from seeing that link than they could possibly lose from my ribbing. I am as happy that community exists as I am surprised, if not moreso.

Cool. I couldn't really tell, as text conveys nuance poorly.

I agree. I'm going to post in meta to see if the mods can sticky this thread.
