Here are the new PC races from my homebrew for your enjoyment and critique as a pdf file. Some of the languages and background are specific to my campaign world, but the fluff can easily be tweaked.

I'm not an expert at 4E, and i like your races but there is at least one thing I see you might need to tweak. Cauldron Born's ability mystic wounds needs a limit, being able to ignore all of a single resistance is a big deal. I sugest make it either a static 5+ atribute mod or scale it per tier
