Trainz Explorer Jun 5, 2004 #1 Can someone use Quicken Turning from Complete Divine to activate a Divine Feat as a free action ? Previous versions said no, but it isn't specified in the CD. My gut tells me NO, but before the issue creeps up IMC, I want to settle it. A good DM is a DM with foresight.
