I apologize if this has been covered elsewhere, but how does the celestial charger work regarding initiative and actions? Does it function as a creature on its own, or does the paladin use his actions to command the charger?
They really haven't provided any rules for mounted combat beyond the mounted combat feat and the riding profiency. I'm going to assume its like 4e where mount rider share an action while rider is on the mount.
