Celestial that fell to Gehenna

What would a fallen celestial be like and look like if instead of falling to Hell or the Abyss he fall to Gehenna? What would cause the celestial to fall to that plane instead of the Abyss or Hell?

I think he/she/it would take on traits more inherent to the local beings, in terms of it's so-called "true form". Depending on the strength of the celestial, there are many possibilities. I could imagine a fallen Solar taking traits similar to that of an Ultroloth. Of course, this is assuming that you are using the same Gehenna as the one described in the basic 3.5 books (Now if only I could remember which books specifically...)

Also, considering the fact that Gehenna is a Neutral Evil/Lawful Evil plane, the crimes of the celestial might be slight bending of law, with a lot of foul deeds and such left in his wake. I have a hard time explaining this, but nothing chaotic on his record would help with the fall to Gehenna.

Well I guess kind of like a suburban, living away from the "Big City" of Hell but close to it, on the outskirts. A little more freedom, but still very regulated. I'm imagining a pot belly, a nice lawn, a barbecue set.

I mean this is Hell Jr. Mabye the Celestial thinks it will be easier to crawl up the latter and rule a plane out here?

What would the fallen celestial look like if has a humanoid form and monstrous humanoid form. The fallen celestial was once a Solar. Would you see its wings which are charred down to the bone turning into two pairs of insect wings and a pair of bat wings?

I could very well see the humanoid form with a sinister glow in its eyes, the wings the way you described (dunno what inspired you with those, but it sounds a bit familiar) and a different color of skin (though that is merely optional).

As for a monstrous form, I still say something similar to an Ultroloth...they are fiendish, but not too monstrous. They are disturbingly alien as well, just giving an unusually distrubing feel to them a mere Balor or Pit Fiend would not give that easily.

The Dark Knight Sparda in his true form inspired me into giving him those wings.
Right now the humanoid form is a reverse image of angel with a five feet long tail that is forked, splitting into two smaller tails after the first foot of length, and wings charred down to the bone. The humanoid form also has black flame fill up both of his eyes. His eye where plucked out. The humanoid form stands nine feet tall.
Monstrous Humanoid Form has those wings, six clawed toes, fingers and a thumb that end in a sharp crimson claw and tusk-like teeth. The insect wings are wasp wings. The monstrous humanoid form stands thirteen feet tall.
I am making him like Adimarchus in that you have destroy both forms to completely destroy him.
What would be some features of yugoloths I could use in both descriptions?
What if he has the prestige class Vermin Lord?

Could he ever gain he ability to control and summon insects and arachnids? If he could then how could I explain how he got those powers?
I am thinking he might have looked like the description below before fallen.
There stands before you an empyreal figure that appears to be a twelve feet tall human male with four arms. Three pairs of wings of made out of golden light sprout from his back. The wings have a wingspan of thirty-six feet. He is muscular, sleek muscles rippling under glowing golden skin. His amber colored hair reaches down to his broad shoulder. His angelic looking face has a strong, square jaw line and a square hairline. His three eyes are bright golden in color and burn like miniature suns. His third eye is located in the center of his forehead. He wears a flowing robe made from a thin silk like material. If you look at it closely the random starry night pictured on it becomes a moving galaxy of its own. Within this galaxy you can see the sun in all its glory. Look at it too long and so you will feel like you are surrounded by the swirling vortex that is the cosmos. In his upper hands he holds a magnificent looking two-handed sword that is fifty-five inches in length. The blade of this sword is glowing and always gives off light as a torch (20-foot radius). His left lower hand holds a magnificent longsword with a glowing blade. In his lower right hand he holds a magnificent golden mace. He holds each weapon as if it where an extension of his body. A cloud of bright light radiates out from him in a one hundred and twenty-feet radius.

Are their any celestial that fall to Gehenna? What physical features should he have do to his time in Gehenna? Does the character sound more like a fallen deity cast out by he head of his pantheon? The description below is the most updated version of his description.

He looks like an extraordinarily tall decrepit frightening looking human-like male that stands nine feet tall. All that are left of his wings are smoking stumps. Black, glowing veins run throughout the withered skin that is mottled green and blue-violet. His body is also covered in bloody wounds. Thick monstrous segmented blood red horns start at the front of his hairline and move over his head, to the back of his skull where they extend outward, curl, and come to a point. Small growths of bone, almost like the tines of a crown, are found around his head. He has a wild mane of coarse silver-grey hair. His gaunt face is hideously ugly. The eye sockets flicker with black fire. The jagged iron teeth in his misshapen mouth are yellow in color. The hands are large and gnarled. The five feet long tail is forked, splitting into two smaller tails after the first foot of length. Both hands have five fingers and a thumb that have an extra joint. A sharp crimson claw comes out each hand’s five fingers and thumb.

Celestials:

MM1 Angels- Astral Deva, Solar, Planetar. Any good alignment.
MM1 Guardinals- Avoral, Lenoal. Neutral Good.
MM1 Archons- Lantern, Hound, Trumpet. Lawful Good.
MM1 Eladrin- Bralani, Ghaele. Chaotic Good.

Gehenna is Lawful to Neutral Evil. Therefore, Eladrin, being chaotic, are unlikely to end up there, being of the Chaotic bent.

Petitioners on Gehenna are marked by greed and personal ambition. They are scheming.

Therefore, sort thru the Lawful Good and Neutral Good celestial creatures, and have him sent to Gehenna for very selfish, scheming purposes. Look into the yugoloths, the native demons of the plane, for personality characteristics that your fallen celestial can have similar.

Perhaps a Celestial of some power and prestige, who believed he had a plan to overthrow evil better than his superiors. a little reckless, strong willed. His plan was denied, he decided to lead a force ahead anyway. he was caught by his superiors, and punished.
In Gehenna, this Celestial STILL thinks he's going to defeat his enemies. He's conspiring with demons in an attempt to defeat demons.
