I may be interested. September is right in the middle of my busy season at work but it is possible I could make it up there. Please keep me informed if it is going to happen.

Well, according to their calendar, the 13th is a Warhammer Fantasy tournament, which happens every other weekend.

How's a sunday for everyone? Possibly the 14th?

Sunday's are kinda bad for me, but depending on how long it goes, I may be able to swing it.

How far north are we talking here? I might could do a Saturday, but I haven't worked my schedule out too far into September.

    Hmmm.. the 14th seems unlikely (it is my first wedding anniversary), but not impossible (my wife is supremely understanding about my gaming habits). Please keep this thread updated with details...

I haven't heard any more from most of the people here. The date given originally was for a warhammer tournament that saturday.

If anyone has other ideas, please feel free to post them. Looks like sunday would be the best weekend day (as saturday they have regular warhammer groups).

Rich emailed me back and said he'd love for us to come down and hang out, and he'd put it on their web calendar so that others could see we're coming down....

But again, nothing set in stone. Do I need to get a poll together with possible dates and let the group 'vote' on which one is best and take it?

Workwise, the 14th is great for me, as I normally have off Sundays, anyway.
