There is a 3.5 Conversion Guide at WotC's website. I would suggest you start with that.

You don't need a list. Pretty much everything changed. What didn't weren't by ommision. That being said, 3.5 is a nice set of rules.

Except of course for the core mechanic, the way the game actually plays, most feats, most skills, most elements of most classes, almost everything about combat... and so on.
