changes I'd like to see
The changes I'd most like to see for the next edition are:
1) better multiclassing rules for spellcasters, for example having spell caster level stack and having the major spellcasting classes add 1 level to casting level, minor spell casting classes add 1/2 levels and nonspellcasting classes add 1/3 or 1/4 levels to casting level.
2) More integration of the spell list with less distinction in the spell list itself between "arcane" and "divine" spells. I think that is the type of distinction that should be made in the description of each class, as to the "how" of where the class's spells come from and how they work, or what level a spell is for a particular class, but the spells themselves should be one list of spells.
