Changing Monsters sizes

I don't have access to my books right now. Can someone please tell me what the plusses and minuses are from going from Large to medium sized are?

Medium to Large (MM, page 12) is +8 Str, -2 Dex, +4 Con, +2 Natural Armor, and -1 AC/Attack. Just reverse engineer them. :D
