As La Grande Armee bears down on the capital, plans are made to halt the barbarian’s relentless advance. At the soireee, heads naturally turn to the holy man who has arrived from the Siberian steppes with the little blonde haired ingenue child. Both are said to possess mystical powers though the holy man seems to relish the pleasures of the flesh a touch too much for many. Events lead the investigators to Borodino, where a great battle awaits, in a mission to stop the pot-bellied tyrant. There they are absorbed in a world of strange dark visions: are these the nightmares of Napoleon himself or the Holy Man? Will they ever wake from these fever-dreams? A Regency Cthulhu scenario.
