I kinda doubt it. DDI has no content for 3.5 and only little of it is useful outside of 4E, I think.

I disagree. I am both a 3.5 player/DM and a DDI subscriber. Aside from the character builder and some of the preview races, classes, and feats articles the rest of the information is very useful to us 3.5 folk. The dungeon adventures provide lots of good campaign ideas regardless of edition. As do the articles on deities. Even the 4e monster manual and monster write-ups in Dragon have proven to be very useful to to my 3.5 games.

All that being said, it would be nice if WotC treated us a little more like we are part of their history rather than as persona-non-grata. Maybe rerelease an old adventure or give us an article on past edition games that they have or are currently playing. Or even just make the website easier to find the older 3.5 articles would be nice.
