I have just uploaded Character Descriptor and Backstory Sheet by Tarouge to the downloads area.

This sheet helps flesh out your character with their descriptors and backstory. Also track feats and special abilities.

I like it. Nicely done. Maybe it will actually help my players complete their background!

A nice sheet, especially for NPCs.

The only thing I don't like about this is the font used on "Frame & Figure". It could be the outlining (yellow) that makes the lettering (black) look scratchy, but any sheet that lets me add an actual image is leagues above other sheets to me.
