You'll find the Jamis NPC generator available inside RPM. The benefit is that you can quickly generate NPCs directly inside RPM, then tinker with any classes, items, feats, skills etc, to your heart's content.
You'll find a similar thing in the next update (within a couple of days), with a new dungeon map generator. Its styled after the Jamis dungeon generator, with editing capabilities.
