D&D 5E Character Sheet as Stat Block?

Just curious if anyone has experimented with crafting a character sheet that is in the form a monster stat block?

Where do I write down all my treasure? And magic items? And four page backstory?

No I haven't but I am intrigued to see if someone has and what it looks like.

LOL more or less. The idea is to optimize actions and abilities so a player has a list of "character options". I am not thinking to make it look exactly like a stat block, but similar. I used the HomeBrewery site for my current character (Cleric/Rogue/Wizard 6/6/6; yeah, heavily house-ruled using our multiclassing variant):
