I use my own formal sheet so I guess I could call that a professional sheet, but I would never really publish it. I tend to use the original file as a template and customize it as I use it. I also have a worksheet page so I can keep the # of skill points spent (and other minutia) off of the main sheet. It's great for making NPCs as well as PCs.
 

My recent characters are high level, and the sheets are a pain. So I've been doing mine on the laptop.

I have calculators for expertise, or power attack, or TWF, or some of my common buff spells (or... or... or... or...), and a global entry for dead magic zones. My newest PC wouldn't dream of fighting in the same style two rounds in a row, so I really couldn't play him without the PC.

Now you're talking. I have fudged around with homemade excel sheets and used other peoples off the net but it always seems that my favorite characters start and finish on good ol' white lined paper.

There is just nothing like rewriting your charcater at 9th level because you can't read it anymore.
