A couple recommendations before I actually go through approval-wise (probably tomorrow): - Savage Skald is probably a bit weaker than the basic bard. But if you like it for flavor, and you really like that insta-performance on crit, then you might be better off with an 18-20 falchion than a 19-20 longsword. The thing is, you get proficiency with a falchion by not selecting the City-Born alternate racial. In other words, your choice of archetype and alternate racial ability doesn't seem like a strong match to me. - Dodge - very weak feat. It's really only useful for front line fighters who have too many feats and want to squeeze out every last point of AC. Good choices for a skirmisher bard: Lingering Song, Arcane Strike. Alternatively, you might want to try tilting more towards melee or ranged. Treantmonk wrote a very good if slightly outdated guide for bards, which can be found here. - Vanish is not a great spell. Especially not at first level, when it lasts all of one round. Grease, Sleep, and Timely inspiration are all much stronger. - Spend all your monies. LPF has 100% buyback, so your potion of Cure Light Wounds is just as good as the 50gp in your pocket, with the added bonus that you can drink it in case of emergency and possibly not die.
