Charisma Elves

I know the Forgotten Realms setting has an elf for every stat, what was the elf version that got a Charisma bonus, and what book was it in?
I think it was Star Elves... maybe.

Answered my own question - Star Elves are the Charisma Elves and they're in Unapproachable East.

But an annoying level adjustment and some pretty stuff roleplyaing penalties in a lot of settings.

You couldn't play those. Their LA is way out there. They're far too powerful. They have to be: They have to commandeer enough money for Santa to buy all the gifts. They're all criminal masterminds and completely ruthless.

I have a theory that there is are enough LA +0 elf subraces in all the official supplements that you can choose one based upon what stat you want to increase.

So, we get the following:
Dexterity Elf - Moon (Silver) PHB/FRCS
Intelligence Elf - Sun (Gold) FRCS
Strength Elf - Wood (Copper) FRCS
Charisma Elf - Star (Adamantine) Unapproachable East
Constitution Elf - Snow Elves from Frostburn (ok, they don't get a bonus to Con, but they don't get a penalty either!)
Wisdom Elf - this one I'm not sure of

Wild elves have no penalty, either, but I wouldn't exactly call "no penalty" a strength

Avariel get a Wis bonus - and a LA of +3. Quite punishing.

A friend of mine had another elven subrace in his first FR campaign, and I think they had a wis bonus. They were blue elves and used psionics instead of magic. They were different from elves in several other ways, too, which was not too surprising since they had been trapped in Hades for 30.000 Years or something like that. They were quite mental - often in more then one sense of the word.
