Cheapest light protection

I am playing a kobold in a campaign and would prefer not to spend a feat on daylight adapatation, but want to find a good way to cheaply disappate the bright light issue.

What are the cheapest and/or most effective ways to do so?

Sunglasses.

"I'm cool, babe."

Become a shadowdancer and don't leave the shadows.

Last kobold I played myself was disguised as a gnome illusionist (ok, he WAS a gnome illusionist who got killed, reincarnated and came back as a kobold... so he was a wiz1/sorcerer). Since he was packed into a huge bunch of gnomish clothing (hat and robe and veil and handkerchief and pirate stuff anyone?) and the typical gnomish fashion to wear everything, he was scarcely inhibited by the light. He wasn't good at fighting either, but flying and casting spells like hell worked.

I kinda did the next best thing.

the campaign was frost burn

my kobold has white dragon blood flowing through him and is a ranger

I had snowgoogles

like them, but they put a penalty to my spot checks.

penalties to spot checks aren't that bad, just boost your listen checks to counter act them. I thought I saw some other goggle type magic item around that also helps out against light sensitivity, can't remember where though.

Sundark Goggles are in Races of the Dragon, I believe, and cost something like 10 gp. They remove the penalties for sunlight, but create other, more minor penalties instead.

The Heart of Nightfang Spire had a magic item called Goggles of Day, which protects the wearer from dazzling bright light, light-based attacks, and gives a vampire just a little more time to react to sunlight before going poof!

I think they were priced the same as Goggles of Night, or maybe they're a little cheaper.
