Something about it just does not smell right. I believe the phrase is "too good to be true." Not sue what they gain from it, other than a list of legit e-mail addresses.

Also, if they have been in business since April 7, 2005, how do they have four years of good standing with PayPal?

Ok, I finally connected to their site (briefly) and I think I get it. They pay you .02 per search you conduct through their site. They presumably have a deal with the search engine (is it Google?) to provide "eyeballs" to the search engine's advertisers. For each unique search (which probably brings up related ads) they get X cents. X is presumably greater than 5, so they pay you 2 cents, and whoever referred you 2 cents and keep the rest for themselves. Is that possible?

*sniff* Ponzi would be so proud.
