Hey Buzz, put me down for a D&D4 game titled "Return to the Slave Pits of the Undercity: Into the Sewers". Just to drive you nuts, I'd like the slot opposite of Josh. :)

Highschool Deathmatch
You are the leaders of various cliques in your high school, competing for dominance and power.
Will it be the Junior Plastics who destroy the Young Republicans? Will the Stoner/Math Club alliance stand up against the combined might of the Motorheads and Jocks?
And who are you taking to the prom?

Rules-crunch comes from Greg Stolze's Reign (which uses the same ORE-core rules as Wild Talents/Godlike,
but adds different interaction scales and an interesting set of advantages). Not rules-light, but easily picked up in a few minutes - cheatsheets will be on hand for all.
Oh, did I neglect to mention that all of the books I mentioned are available for purchase in the main room?
;)

Character and Company (aka "your people") creation will be done at the table using the "one-roll" method in the main Reign book. Magic, esoteric schools and martial paths from the supplements to date (revised slightly to reflect the modern setting) will be available...

{If you happen to do some rules-research and happen to have an idea on what you'd like to play... we'll be be rolling the characters with 20 dice, with at least 11 for the Character and at least 4 for the Company. The remaining 5 dice can be added to either roll or "cashed-out" as build-points per the core book or combinations thereof. I will have the book as well as hardcopy of all 12 supplements on hand and a copy of the Wiki on my laptop.}

6 Seats (but could, if necessary, accomodate up to 10 players). Prefer 6, though...
While the intended tone is somewhat cartoonish and satirical in it's depiction of violence, it IS about a bunch of kids with weapons in a high school. Combine with the inevitable double entredres and bad puns... I'd say this game will be TV-PG13, which is about what I'd rated most of D&D 2e. Caveat Luditores...
Players, please bring a miniature/token for the battlemap and 10 10-sided dice. Notepads and writing utensils will probably come in handy as well.

Chicago Games Day

Slot: Morning
System: D&D 4E
Title: The Ruins of Castle Grayrock
Summary: This is a delve-style adventure for up to 6 9th-level PCs. Kick in the door and bash your way through the ruins of Castle Grayrock. The goal is to have fun, kill monsters and take their stuff...
DM: Anthony Roberson

I'd like to DM/Coordinate/Assist with 4E PHB 2 D&D Release Event.
See thalmin's reply. You initiative is appreciated!

Hi! I'll post some details tomorrow, but could you please reserve one evening table for Paranoia, 6-8 players.

Also, I'd like to offer a palor narration style rpg called The Chrysalis Revolt (a GameChef 2008 entry) for breakfast. Again, details will follow tomorrow.
Added!

That being said, Buzz, I'll run my SPN event in whichever slot Tim doesn't want to run in (since he doesn't seem to have any preference either, I'll say afternoon, but if he'd rather run in the afternoon or it works better that way for whatever other reason, fine by me.)

Hey Buzz,

I'll take a morning slot in either case.

Buzz, any closer to pegging a timeslot for Mouse Guard? Because I'd like to run opposite yours so as to play... ;)
You crazy kids! Take a look at the first post to see how the schedule wound up. Please let me know if you want to change anything.

Added! Is this your first ENWorld Gameday, Anthony? (Better yet, are you sure you want ENWorld Gameday, or Worldwide D&D Gameday?) Apologies if we've met and I am forgetting.

It's looking like the morning is all about new-school D&D, and the afternoon about less-new-school. :)

Only one event spot left in each slot! Woo!

Since thalmin gave us the go ahead and is only using the 4x6 tables, please do add my minis game to the front miniatures table in the morning slot as a game number 7 so that there will be some variety. :)

In honor of the D&D thingie going on at the same time .... (Buzz, do you still have that PARANOIA corebook image?)

Title: Orcbusters
Slot: Afternoon
System: Paranoia XP
Players: 6-8
Summary:

Orcs*? Wizards? Lizardmen? In PARANOIA?

Sure. Not only can your players get blown up, back-stabbed, betrayed, hosed, incinerated, crushed and repeatedly executed, but in this mission they can also get turned into a collie, devoured by a dragon, munched by a tiger, chopped in half by a gargoyle, soul-sucked by a spectre, drowned, then ripped apart by killer penguins**.

And Gamemaster, you get to play wizards and use any magic you want, and your players can’t complain, ’cause there ain’t no rules, and you get to play a lying, whining, toadying lizardman they’d love to strangle, but they can’t, ’cause they need him, and you’ve got a whole dungeon full of personality-disordered monsters to pester them with, not to mention the standard Alpha Complex wackos and Our Friend The Computer, and there are lots of opportunities to make loud squawls in your players’ ears and....

... Other games are not fun. PARANOIA is fun. Play PARANOIA. Guaranteed pie free since 2009.***

* Orcs may not appear due to copyright issues. We may call them Orks, Orcks, Orx, or Stormtroopers instead.

** PARANOIA does not guarantee the lethality of any penguins which may or may not appear in this mission.

*** This is not a guarantee.

[Ahem! In my case, that would be meddling kids, mind...}
Looks pretty good to me. Thanks for putting up with us... ;)

Huh? I'm confused. Thalmin said that we only had a total of six tables available to us in the morning.
