Wasn't that Cipher Games?

There used to be a game store just south of the Riverwalk in Naperville. Can't recall the name, and its been several years since I went there, but it used to have a decent selection, though nowhere near as good as Games Plus...

It sure was. It's gone now too. There is a shop in Joliet/Plainfield called Leisure Hour Games.

Sadly, all that's left in the Aurora-Naperviller area is Gamer's Paradise. Prosek's is also a nice suggestion. I've spent a small fortune buying older stuff there. He has some real gems stashed away in the stacks. Game's Plus is definately the best of the best. I'm in Oswego, so I'm familiar with the drive time, but I still try to get up there at least every few months.

Hope that helps.

Games Plus *will* be a bit of a hike for you (probably a 40 minute drive, maybe a little longer), but you may well find it to be worth it. I'm in Brookfield (about a 30-minute drive), and I make the trek every 2-3 weeks, depending on what new items have come out.

Among the cool features at Games Plus is their frequent buyer program. If you spend $100 within a six-month period, you get a $10 discount.

And, as others have said, they've got just about anything you can imagine, and a great staff.

Hi-

Another avenue you might want to try is the phone book, they list quite a few game stores. Also, gotta agree with the rest of the people here, Games Plus is a great place to get some awesome games.
