Two different issues here, and I tried to find a place over on WotC's site to ask but wasn't sure.
1) Does Chris Perkin's quote on the front page ["One thing I know we're doing is planning d20 Modern content on D&D Insider. A good number of folks have asked for it. Frankly, we could use a few more good article and adventure proposals, too."] constitute a call for such submissions? If someone officially in the know could comment it would be appretiated.
2)Given the announcement of 4e are DnD based articles more likely to get accepted if they are mostly "fluff" rather than 3.5 mechanics?
