Christmas Presents?

I'm terribly excited about my Pathfinder Beastiary, and my uncle got me the book and the PDF. I also got a couple of fold up markable battle mats. We primarily game at one friend's house that has a dedicated gaming table, so I won't need them all that often, but I really wanted them for their portability.

My parents got me some cool pewter D6s that are replicates of old civil war era lead dice. They'll be arranged with my knick knacks.

No gaming gear for me- I already own most of what I want*- I got cash.

Said cash will be going to fuel my middle-aged rock star dreams (which are SO not coming true:p) and help pay for a Tascam GT-R1 so I can record my original music, wherever, whenever.

*OK, I do want to fill in some 3.X gaps and pick up HERO 6th, but nothing's pressing.

I got the Planes Below, a set of dice, and a Heroscape expansion. However, I don't plan to run many games in Hell nor do I have the base Heroscape set so I'll be exchanging those I think. Perhaps the Draconomicon II will be good for a wide range of play and maybe Descent will have lots of toys for use on the table top...

My gaming related stuff for Xmas was rather slim, but very nice nonetheless:

White Wolf's 'Book of the Dead' for Geist.
And a freelancer's paycheck for some things over the past year. ;)

Long story, but 'Ultimate Toolbox' is the short (and awesome!) version. Basically, I've had to make do with the PDF until now, despite ordering the book months ago.

Oh well, it's all good now.

The wife bought me a stack of reaper paints and some new brushes. That was pretty awesome.

I also got Dragon Age (VG, not the RPG), which is close, since I won't be doing any gaming for the next week or so.. It'll act like methodone.
