The figure in question has her shirt unbuttoned almost to her navel and has assests many women pay cold hard cash to have implanted. If not "gigantic", then certainly easily gender recognizable! :D

Fabio has bigger cleavage than that. I mean, that was sort of my point, with the face and the build, it could be a really buff guy :p
