City of Heroes to M&M

Anyone know any good M&M conversions for City of Heroes? I thought it would be fun to convert some of the power sets, but I'm not a big fan of reinventing the wheel.

The power sets show how distinctive powers can be, even though two powers might be, for instance, basic ranged attacks. For instance, I thought a basic Energy Blast power might be Blast with a Linked Trip (with Knockback).

As always the biggest stumbling block for a City of Heroes campaign would be quantifying the Mednet teleportation system.

I don't entirely know how it works, having never played City of Heroes, but:

Plot Point: It's there to keep PCs from dying. Why use rules?

Teleport (Power Feats: Triggered [how is it triggered?]). Possibly it has Flaws: Limited depending upon how much damage the PC has to take before it kicks in.

As I understand it was killed by pointless legal nonsense that only got worse when the online game changed ownership.

I've thought about doing something for my own purposes but I'm just not a game designer, only a DM, and not familiar enough with the total COH package to do it justice.
