"You mean before he takes all his money back, right?" Richard's openly boyish features are split with a good natured grin.

Assuming my lucks stays on the up and up. Valan returns the grin You look like one who sees life as it should be, a series of chances and challenges, care to join us?

Droggle walks back into the bar, his hair uncombed and even a bit matted here and there, and crumbs from his last meal still clinging stubbornly to his shirt, he grumbles a greeting to the woman at the door and takes a seat by the bar.

He glances down at his remaining coins and notes to himself that he will have to find work soon.

Keep in mind that the Mega Adventure has parts specifically designed for low-level characters. That said, if we actualyl somehow have a dearth of players at those levels, I'm happy to have NPCs do it.

Tough choices. As I said before I would really like to get into something. However I remember my dad saying "Patience is a virtue". With that said I have waited quite awhile to start doing this so a little bit longer will not hurt ... I hope. Maybe I am putting to much thought into it but I think I will stay available for the MA. This will just give me an opportunity to get another PC created just in case Maladar bites the dust. So count me in for the MA.

Rowan appears at the door, looking clean and freshly shaven. His left cheek, though, is bright red.

"McTavish - back in action!" he calls to Joe as he walks in. He takes a seat next to Richard. He strokes his red cheek gently. "I guess 'no' does mean 'no sometimes."

Richards face tightens around the eyes, it's not a wince, yet clearly something bothers him. "Sorry, I'm saving every copper for a sword I already helped make yet could not afford to finish paying for. A stupid mistake and one I hope to learn a lesson from." Richard gestures to the ale sitting on the table in front of him. His face softens into a rueful smile as he continues, "Dwarven ale is not to be drank before making financial decisions!"

Eying Rowan with obvious confusion, Richard seems puzzled as to what the burly man could mean by his obvious statement...

Droggle slips into the bar again, even managing a full hello to the barmaid rather than his normal grunt. He then slips past her and up to the bar, to engage in some light conversation with Joe. He wasn't sure by, but he liked talking with this man, though his bar would likely soon leave him without a copper.

After finishing his brew he turns to look about the tavern. Noting that it seems a bit less busy today, perhaps those he saw here earlier were off on a new adventure, the thought of which picked up his spirits more.

Every day he spent here, was one day further away from his former dull life, and though he had not made a name for himself yet, his prospects were good for the future.

Ooc does anyone know a good site where I can find help with simple vB coding. I searched through the FAQ here, and the only link I found was not active.

I am particualrly interested to know the code for the buttons you can imbed in your posts to show or hide additional information. any help would be greatly appreciated.

First trick: Anytime you see someone do something you would like to duplicate, push the quote button to see all of their code.

Second trick: [Sblock=Whatever you want the button to say] then your text and then the end sblock command /Sblock (but inside these: [].) will do what you want.
