This seems remarkably familiar. Did you have any outside inspiration for this? I seem to recall something that had tables in the same vein back in the 80's. Flying Buffalo perhaps? I loved those products. IIRC they had a really neat way of determining the success or failure of a business that could be ran by the PC's or somesuch.

A Dragon, I think it was back in the 110's or so, had a killer article about cities. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

The last three installments in Dragon magazine's "Dungeoncraft" series by Monte Cook have been all about how to build/create a Fantasy City.

I quickly glancled through the Dragon CD-ROM but didn't seen any major articles about cities between issues #105 and #116.
