Okay, I'm told that we will, in fact, see the remaining material in a third enhancement, going live some time next week.

This represents the end of my current run of Cityscape WEs (though if people would like to see others, I'm certainly all ears). I've actually really enjoyed doing short articles for the web site; got one more on the way (not Cityscape-related), and I'd love to do many more.

It looks like the number of checks required for "small city or large city" and "metropolis" changed.

The "lie low" modifier was reduced, and the "every three creatures in the group being sought" increased.

Other than that, I see no changes.
