Clarification on Daily and Encounter Powers - HELP!

Need some help here!

So, I can basically use any of my repetoire of At-Wills anytime, along with Cantrips.

Can I use ALL of my Encounter powers in a given Encounter? Meaning, if I am third level and had access as a Wizard to Burning Hands and Fireshroud, I could use them both.

For Daily powers, can I use up to two of my Dailies if I am third level? Meaning, I have Expedious Retreat, Sleep and Acid Arrow. At 3rd level, can I use two dailies/day?

Unless there is any accompanying specific text to the contrary, each daily can be used 1/day and each encounter power 1/encounter.

If I have read the excerpts correctly you would have the following wizard powers at third level:

One Daily (in your case a choice from Sleep and Acid Arrow, to be made as you get up each morning - wizards have a spellbook, which means they can get these choices that other classes don't.)
One Utility (in your case Expeditious Retreat, which happens to be useable once per day. It looks like a Daily, but really isn't.)
Two Encounter Powers (in your case Burning Hands and Fire Shroud) both of which can be used once per encounter.

Use em all. Prefrably at the same time.

E.g.: the playtest tiefling wizard: combine infernal wrath, with +2 per encounter from his wand, with the force orb. Fun stuff.
