Class balance changes in revised PHB?

give them some class ability that lets them ignore some percentage of ASF while wearing armor, ala the Spellsword.

Even if it were a feat to reduce the penalty, it'd be nice.

I wish they would make some sense out of the druids weapon and armor restrictions ...right now they are silly.

It's worth pointing out that the total amount of revisions and new material will be 25%

I wonder if that's a lot or not all that much.
