Classic Settings--where are they now?

I have a question on a OD&D setting; Thunder Rift. Anyone else remeber it? It had a few adventures cenetered insdie the rift.
I've read that this small setting (which the booklet was 32 pages) was an offical setting for OD&D, along with Mystara.

I have a Hollow World box set for OD&D on my book shelf as well.

Hollow World was a part of the Mystara setting. Basically, the Gods^h^h^h^hImmortals took dying cultures and species from the surface and placed them on the inside of the planet in order to preserve them.

I'm not sure Kara-Tur would count as it is technically Forgotten Realms. I am not certain but I suspect part of the OA agreement for AEG was that WotC would have a "non-competition" agreement and would not release Kara-Tur/Oriental flavored setting information. Not certain on that one, but it is a typical legal issue.

If the above statement is actually true, then speaking as a Kara-Tur fan, screw them!
