Okay Was thinking about Super Hero mechanics originally but have decided to extend to general play to

Okay LEVELESS
All PCs start with d10 Ranks and gain additional ranks
every 1000xp (vary for 'power level')

Ranks are exchanged for Feats* or feat ranks

Okay CLASSLESS
We turn EVERYTHING into feats all of which can stack (ie feat ranks) (saves init etc stay the same)
HD is standard d10 per rank


The foillowing are Ability Feats which all PCs have


Str
- Damage +2 modifier to damage per rank
Con
- DR -2/- per rank
- HD d10 per rank
Dex
- Attack +2 per rank
- Defense +2 per rank (add to AC)
Int
- Skills +4 per rank
Ability feats = Ability modifier + Feat*rank
eg Str 16 Damage (rank 2) = 3 + (2x2) = Damage + 7

Other feats are added as per normal and all can stack

* Super Hero notes
Ability scores still use 3 - 18 range but

1. Lift is added as a Str Feat (how much PC can lift/push) and the result back engineered to find encumbrance eg a Lift of +15 would be equivalent to a Str of 40

2. Spd can be increased at +10 per rank

3. Rank acts as a modifier to Ability mod + feat (not just feat)
eg Normal PC Dex 12 (+1) Attack (rank 4) = 1+(2*4) = +9
Super PC Dex 12 (+1) Attack (rank 4) = (1+2)*4 = +12

does this make sense, any ideas?
