claw-claw-bite monsters and grappling/disarming

Can a monster with claw, claw, bite attacks grapple or disarm 3 times or only once in a round?

Officially, that's determined by their base attack bonus (per the FAQ), and get one attack per 5 BAB (just like regular PC's).

However, I personally abbreviate the process and just give 1 per natural attack so I don't have to back-calculate mid-game.
