Clay Monsters from my Campaigns

Breakstone

First Post
(Just a quick warning: If any of my players are reading this, don't go to the bottom of the thread. Massacre's down there, and it'd be best if you don't see him yet. Thanks!)

Over the years, I've made clay miniatures for my campaign. Now, they're not masterpieces, and I'm not as good as alsih20, but they add some fun to the game, and I figured I'd post them here (at least so alsih2o stops e-mailing me about them :) )

These are some favorite enemies of mine, a Mephit Mafia that ran a casino. It was led by a Fire Mafia and his two mooks an Ooze Mephit and a Water Mephit.

Let's see... next we have some aliens from the Far Realms that the Dragonslayers (hey, this was middle school!) fought a while back...

I always like the wings on that second one.

The Dragonslayers earned their name by defeating this White Dragon Slave-Driver.

And then there was the time when the Dragonslayers were eaten by a Manticore, and found themselves in Perdition, where they talked to an odd-looking angel:

And near the end of the campaign, the Dragonslayers raided a hellish castle and battled some Ibrandlins (from Monsters of Faerun), which are basically big, wingless guardian dragons.

That was a fun campaign. After that was over, there was some time of no gaming, and I tried to start up a new campaign. It lasted two sessions, but in that time there was a wolf animal companion (never mind the big head. Ah, eh, wizard did it.):

and a battle with a strange earth elemental robotic sort of creature:

That was fun. But it wasn't until my Junior year of high school that I started a new campaign, that has lasted until now. In this campaign, the characters have encountered some neat creatures.

Here's Fear, Hate, and Loathing, who represented all the negative energies of this one city. There was a neat battle in the sewers that involved these three.

Fear: (fiendish water elemental)

Hate: (fiendish fire elemental)

and Loathing: (fiendish air elemental)

While traveling in the Windworn Valley, the characters came across a village of children controlled by a demon named Xylyl. Xylyl was a fiendish, gelatinous giant boa constrictor. In that adventure, they also fought a multiheaded reptillian centaur and a reptillian troll. Savage Species was worth the price just for the templates!

Soon enough, the characters will be fighting Massacre, their nemesis, an uncontrollable demon summoned by a mysterious enemy. This is going to be a fun battle. Massacre is a Gray Render Monster of Legend, and he'll probably be pumped up even more for their next encounter.

It's funny... I made Massacre many months ago, but the campaign took a few unexpected turns. So he's been sitting in a cupboard for months on end, just waiting for his time to take vengeance. Yeah...

Anyways, those are the clay creatures I've used in my campaigns. I've made other clay creatures over the years (one summer I spent making dragon after dragon after dragon), but that's a post of a different matter.

These are damn cool! Wow!

I love the Ibrandlins, as well as Massacre. Massacre reminds me of the demons from Spawn, I think it's the Violator that I'm thinking of.

Great job!

Got more?
