Cleric and spellcasting

I play a cleric and our party has been captured and all our gear is gone.
We´re guarded (more or less) by the cult that we´re trying to destroy, and I wonder if I´m able to cast divine spells at all?
By reading the rules I get the impression that you can cast spells without spell component pouch and/or holy symbol (unless the spell description says otherwise), just using Vocal and Somatic. Corrrect?

This is correct. Most DMs would require that if you cast a spell during a jail break you yell, "You may take our lives, but you'll never take OUR FREEDOM!"

Or,

Or,

To be clear, you can only cast those spells which have only verbal and / or somatic components.

You'll find that many, if not most or all, Cleric spells require a Divine Focus to cast (e.g., a holy symbol).
