Cleric/Druid Spontaneous Casting?

Reading throught the spontaneous casting rules for Cleric and Druid I didn't see a menion of the full-action casting time. Druid's is a little irrelevant since the Summon Nature's Ally spells are already full-action casting times. Was Cleric spontaneously casting Cure spells intentionally changed?

Why would it be a full-action to spontaneously cast spells for a cleric? I suspect you're confusing spontaneous casting with the spontaneous application of metamagic feats to spells done by sorcerers and bards.

Spontaneous application of metamagic feats increases a spell's casting time to a full action; however, the act of spontaneously casting does not. Otherwise, all sorcerer and bard spells, being cast spontaenously, would have a full-action casting time.

In 3.0 if a cleric wanted to metamagic a spontaneously cast cure spell it was a full round action.

I've not looked to see if that is the same in 3.5e but can't imagine a reason for change (not that it means it hasn't!)
