Geomancer requires arcane and divine casting, but you only advance as an arcane caster.

Mystic Theurge, True Necromancer, and Arcane Hierophant are the only three I know of. I believe the Arcane Hierophant has druidic prerequisites like shapechange. I think there is something with the True Necromancer [Evil?] that makes it unsuitable to most. At least I haven't considered it in so long, I have forgoten why.

I assume you are looking for something to take between level 15 and 20, there are some 5 and 7 level prestige classes with unique abilities. They are too varried in styles to make a suggestion. It may be worth finishing your spell progression into epic levels for some unique ability.

Huh? You advance as one or the other, changing from level to level if you want. Your choice. What source are you reading that only allows advancement as an arcane caster?

Sorry, the point was that you only advance in one class each level, not both like the Mystic.

Basically you ae right with the above statement. I am trying to make a feel for the character that is a little different than the average Mystic. I wanted to see what my choices out there were. It looks like I will have to do it through feats. I am very surprised that the Arcane Hierophant is so much more powerful than the Mystic.

Rainbow Servant (in CD) is a kind of mage/cleric. It is basically a mage prestige class. But it gets some domain spells while advancing. And at class level of ten, it gains access to cleric spells. Try Warmage/Rainbow Servant. Now you can use any spells on Warmage and Cleric spell lists without preparing.
