I am going to agree with those who said more information is needed, namely, what is the crime and who is the deity.
That said, since one of the facets of a CN religion is usually a lack of a strong hierarchy or central control, who exactly is going to disapprove? Other individual clerics? Who might themselves take action against the CG cleric for his/her actions?
On an amusing theoretical aside, is there any particular reason this or any CN church hasn't wiped it self out yet?
