Clock needs to be reset

The message boards aren't keeping correct time. They appear to be more than 10 minutes fast. Why is this? Can it be fixed?

I posted two threads mentioning the same problem, but apparently there's nothing that can be done. It's a mind-bendingly annoying thingy, but I can live with it.

A possible explanation is that the server time is fast.

A more interesting explanation is that several administrators and moderators are chronomancers or Time Lords from Gallifrey.
