CMON Games In Trouble

Yeah, their stuff is produced in China. I’ve backed them, and have one KS currently backed; their miniatures are really top notch.

So this sucks. And yeah, the tariff situation on top might mean they are screwed. I’m thinking of all the good and talented people who must be living with so much stress right now.

It’s especially awful that these fiats are just being dropped like bombs, with no chance for businesses to wrap things up, try to shift production, anything. And unlike Apple, little companies like C’Mon can’t pressure their buddy to give them a special exemption. They just get run over.

Frozen trade, missed annual reports, unfulfilled pre-orders, and financial losses all point to serious problems. Payment is significant, especially when it comes to gambling.

I know of a reputable, real-money casino review site that offers $1 deposit options https://casinoofthekings.ca/low-deposit-casino/1-deposit/ which might be interesting to highlight an affiliate review model similar to the one used by some game publishers. Back to CMON if shareholder tensions and crowdfunding delays persist, this situation could get even worse.
Yeah, it’s rough. Small creators don’t have the resources to dodge sudden tariffs like giants. Hope C’Mon can weather this storm!

Looks like CMON, the folks behind a LOT of boardgames, as well as the Zombicide RPG, Assassin's Creed RPG, Marvel Multiverse RPG Starter Set, and who purchased the Broken Compass RPG from Two Little Mice, are in trouble.

This does explain how Two Little Mice got Broken Compass back, though.

Holy thread necromancy, Batman!

More seriously, things definitely took a turn for the worse since I posted this in April. CMON have laid off a bunch of staff, cancelled a bunch of projects, and sold Zombicide and other properties. Whether this will ultimately keep the lights on remains to be seen.
