Last game session, by unanimous decision, it was decided that the World's Largest Dungeon is not worth playing.
Reasons:
1. No point (the only "goal" the characters have is to get out).
2. Empty areas in the map (yes, LOTS of rooms that have NOTHING in them).
3. Having to cut experience to keep characters in the correct level range for each area of the dungeon is stupid.
4. Boredom, for all intents and purposes we might as well have just rolled random encounters all night.
So, we will begin anew after the new year.
For those who are interested here's the schedule:
2nd and 4th Saturday of every month, from 12 Noon until… Well, probably 9/10ish at the latest, but really depends on how long we all last.

Ok, here's a quick rundown of the premise of the campaign. I am trying for a very high powered campaign by using a special rule to add abilities to your characters as you level. The story arc is intended to carry PCs from 1 st level through 20th and beyond. If you ever wanted to play a hero (the save the country/world/universe kind), then THIS is the campaign for you.
Unfortunately, the amount of details I can give as far as the campaign world, and your special abilities, is very limited. This is because a lot of the start of the campaign will revolve around discovering the history of the world and the abilities the PCs possess.
If you want to ask any questions about the campaign, I will answer what I can without giving away important parts, so email away.
Rules for character creation:
• 1st level.
• 28 point buy.
• Only Good alignment (very important for this setting/story).
• Human characters only (this plays directly in with the geographical area you begin in).
• Most Wizards of the Coast published material allowed.
• 0 gp starting wealth (also plays in with the starting point, this will be remedied shortly after the beginning, so don't worry).
• Character profile filled out completely (I will send this out to interested parties).
Yup, those some strict restrictions. But believe me, the benefits you get in return are MORE than worth it 8)
