Cohort creature list?

Does anybody know where to find an index of creatures' Cohort levels?

In each creature description, it'll have a line marked "Level Adjustment: +X."

Such creatures count as a character of their hit dice plus the LA for purposes of being cohorts. Some creatures have an LA of "-", which means they are unsuitable for cohorts.
