Cohorts in 4E?

I have just had a discussion on the 3E side of the boards... about how to use Cohorts. That got me wondering if anyone had heard if the leadership feat would be allowed in 4E and/or if/how Cohorts would be used... anyone?

Considering that they are trying to reduce the amount of actions a player (not character) can take in a round, like, the ones coming from cohorts, summoned creatures, animal ally, etc. I wouldn't be surprised if cohorts have a very little role in the Fourth Edition.

I doubt they'll keep the Leadership Feat. I mean, a Feat just so you get NPCs following you, but it's still your responsability to pay them their upkeep? Might as well take a better feat and buy these cohorts/minions/social interests with ingame money anyway.
