I had considered pricing it as a bonus, but I didn't think that it was appropriate. IMO, the bonus prices are for bonuses to rolls.

However, calculating it as an enhancement bonus to movement allows you to create lesser (+5) and greater (+15/20 or more) boots of Striding.

I know. I was just pointing out that, even among the entries given, the [Bonus]^2 * Constant formula is not limited to modifiers to rolls, as you mentioned before.
